Terri's background in accounting and human resources. In the 1990's, each were working for different companies. Those companies closed their doors. Together, Ron and Terri started their own company: Ohio Valley Stamping and Assemblies, Inc. (OSVA) in 1995. As business grew, needing more space, they purchased a building in the Industrial Park in 2003 and named that company Enman Stamping and Assemblies, Inc. (ESA). As business continued to grow, they added onto the facility 3 times!
After the death of Ron, Terri continues to operate both facilities. She contributes the success of both facilities to the staff in place. Their many years of experience, working together as a team, and having a committed relationship with our customers and to our employees is the strength of our growing companies.
